• email sent to your friend with a PDF star attribution certificate
• a copy of an email sent to you
• Information about your star.

If you decide to upgrade your gift:

• Zodiac constellation  (+£5)
• printed golden certificate that comes in a luxury folder with a star sheet (+£10)
• if you choose a frame, the certificate is already put in a frame and the gift includes a folder, a congratulation letter and a star deed (+£30)
• if you choose a necklace, the gift will include all the above and a silver necklace. (+£30)

Add our beautiful printed pack if you wish your gift to get delivered by post (+£), complete your gift with a frame or a silver necklace (+£)

Step 3: 

Proceed to checkout and check your order confirmation email, contact us at [email protected] if there is a typo or anything else wrong

Step 4: 

It’s our turn. We will dispatch two emails: one will be sent to you and the other to the gift recipient’s email address. Your star will be registered in our star registry within 10h after the email is sent

Step 5: 

If you have ordered a printed pack we will send it by Royal Mail.

Standard name a star gift without printed addons is delivered within 18h by email.

All the printed packages are sent on the next working day by Royal 1st Class or Standard International Delivery. The delivery is always free for the UK orders and there is a small fee for international orders. All the orders are delivered within 1-3 days in the UK and Europe, 5-7 working days in the rest of the world.

If your print gift package does not correspond to the description or does not live up to your expectations, we will provide you with a full refund and 10% more within 10 working days of return of your package.
