Step 1:

Fill in all the required fields, so that we can prepare your gift certificate and your email. If you have 2 gift recipients, fill in 2 email fields

Step 2: 

Add our beautiful printed pack if you wish your gift to get delivered by post (+£), complete your gift with a frame or a silver necklace (+£)

Step 3: 

Proceed to checkout and check your order confirmation email, contact us at [email protected] if there is a typo or anything else wrong

Step 4: 

It’s our turn. We will dispatch two or three emails: one will be sent to you and the other one or two to the gift recipients’ emails. Your stars will be registered in our star registry within 10h after the email is sent

Step 5: 

If you have ordered a printed pack we will send it by Royal Mail

All the print packages are sent on the next working day by Royal 1st Class or Standard International Delivery. All the printed orders are delivered within 1-3 days in the UK and Europe, 5-7 working days in the rest of the world. All the electronic certificates are sent within 18h upon purchase.

If your print gift package does not correspond to the description, we will provide you with a full refund and 10% more within 10 working days of return of your package. Please note that you need to send all the items back within 14 working days from the delivery.  You will need to explain why you would like to return the gift. All the payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal.  Stripe is an international payment provider with the highest security standards. We do not store any card details. We add a small free for all PayPal payments.
